Owner of Serenity Stretch & Wellness believed that a road to a healthier you should be readily available to everyone. They endeavored to create a place where people of all ages could retreat in an effort to improve their overall health and wellness. 

During life’s journeys, the owner experienced difficulties with their health due to injuries resulting from a car accident, as well, as unforeseen health issues making it the catalyst for the creation of Serenity Stretch and Wellness. 

Through their struggles during the healing process, they discovered things that they knew to be effective for a complete road to recovery (that medicines could not do). They chose to take more of a holistic approach and found that their pain was more manageable.
